Pineapple Carrot Juice, one of the best fresh vegetable juices with a touch of pineapple, is a welcome change from a routine canned juices. This recipe combines the goodness of carrot with pineapple in such a way that it not only makes it more refreshing and tasty but also retains dietary fibers, minerals and vitamins of both ingredients that store bought juices doesnt have.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

| Ingredients: |
| 1½ cups Ripe Pineapple Pieces |
| 3 medium size Carrot, peeled and chopped |
| 1½ tablespoons Sugar |
| 2 cups Water |
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in blender or mixer until smooth puree.
- Strain puree through strainer in a jug.
- Fresh juice of pineapple and carrot is ready, fill up two glasses with it and serve immediately.
Tips and Variations:
- This recipe uses sugar to balance out the tanginess of pineapple. However, you can avoid it if you do not want to consume extra calories or if making it for kids.
- Use canned pineapple for ease of preparation.
- Add 1 cup ice cubes and 1 cup water instead of 2 cups water to make it chilled.
